Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using this website, and by attending events at Midway Music Hall or The Gathering Place, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.
Venue Rules and Conduct
When attending events at Midway Music Hall, you agree to:
- Respect other patrons, staff, and performers
- Follow venue rules and instructions from staff
- Refrain from disruptive or dangerous behavior
- Comply with age restrictions for specific events
- Not bring outside food or beverages unless explicitly permitted
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any patron who violates these rules without refund.
Ticket Sales and Reservations
Seat requests submitted through our website are subject to availability and confirmation. Submission of a request does not guarantee seating. We will contact you to confirm your reservation.
All ticket sales are final. NO REFUNDS. If Midway Music Hall cancels a show, we will contact ticket holders about a new date or a credit.
Paying Online
Some shows can be paid for online when you request seats. Payment is taken by our card processor, on their pages; we never see or hold your card number.
A card processing fee is added to an online payment. The amount is shown on screen before you pay, and the total you approve is the total that is charged.
Paying does not by itself confirm your seats. Staff confirm seats, and you are told when they have. If a show is canceled, the sentence above about new dates and credits applies to an online payment as it does to any other.
Event Changes and Cancellations
Midway Music Hall reserves the right to change event dates, times, performers, or availability when needed.
Photography and Recording
Professional recording equipment and video cameras are not permitted without prior authorization. By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Attendance at events is at your own risk. Midway Music Hall is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Artist Suggestions
Artist suggestions submitted through our website are reviewed but do not guarantee booking. We reserve the right to select performers at our discretion based on availability, fit, and business considerations.
Use of Website
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the proper functioning of the site, or submitting false or misleading information.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the website following those changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
